The person behind Kingdom Living
My Story
I was born and raised in Da Nang, and spent around nine years studying and working in Japan and Singapore.
Living abroad taught me what it feels like to build a life in another country — and how meaningful it can be to have someone local you can trust.
When I returned home, I rediscovered Da Nang in a new way: peaceful, warm, full of life, and a city I deeply love.
At the same time, I kept seeing foreign friends from church, people in my community, and others I met struggling to find the right home, understand contracts, communicate with landlords, and know what to check before making a commitment.
I felt this was something I could genuinely help with.
I decided to leave my stable full-time career in IT and pursue Kingdom Living.
I believe God gave me this desire to help meet a real need in the city I love, and my faith shapes the way I want to serve — with honesty, responsibility, respect and care.
For me, success is not simply completing a transaction.
Success is when someone tells me, “I’m happy here.”
If our work can reflect something of God’s goodness, love and care, that means even more to me.

Finding Your Home, Carefully
We shortlist carefully instead of sending long lists, and we check properties where that is reasonably possible. Some things only show up when you look closely.

Some things cannot be discovered during a short viewing. We will check what we reasonably can, tell you what concerns us, and clearly say what is still unknown.

If you are already in Da Nang, we can meet for coffee or an optional Welcome Breakfast before a viewing day. If you are still abroad, we can simply have a Zoom call, phone call or online conversation to talk about your plans, your housing needs and life in Da Nang.
We do not want to know you only as a client. We hope Kingdom Living can gradually become a small community where people feel connected, supported and at home in Da Nang.
